Why ADHD
Coaching?
Getting an ADHD diagnosis as an adult can feel like a rollercoaster. For some, it’s a relief. Finally, there’s an explanation for the challenges you’ve faced. For others, it’s overwhelming.Where do I even start? What now?
Here’s the thing - ADHD isn’t a flaw or a failing. It’s not something “wrong” with you. It’s just a different way of thinking. It’s a mix of incredible strengths and frustrating challenges. You might be super creative and full of ideas but struggle with follow-through. You might be passionate and energetic but find organisation difficult.
Either way, you’re not broken. You just live in a world designed for neurotypical brains. And that world doesn’t always play fair. ADHD coaching can help you work with your brain (instead of fighting against it), so you can build confidence, find clarity, and manage daily life with tools that actually work for you.
How I can help
We’ll tackle…
Overwhelm: Breaking down tasks so they’re less scary
Focus: Minimising distractions in ADHD-friendly ways
Motivation: Tackling the “all-or-nothing” cycle
Organisation: Finding systems that actually stick
Confidence: Challenging self-doubt and building self-belief
ADHD isn’t a disorder. To me, it’s more like a personality type with its own set of strengths and challenges. It’s not about “fixing” who you are. It’s about understanding how your brain works and using that to your advantage.

My experience
I’ve seen ADHD from every angle: in my personal life, my family, and my work.
For 10+ years, I worked with young people with ADHD and autism, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges. Now, I coach people of all ages so they can feel more in control, more capable, and supported every step of the way.
This isn’t just about managing to-do lists or getting organised (although that’s part of it). It’s about shifting how you see yourself. It’s about truly believing that you’re not lazy or less-than. You just need the right tools and strategies.
