What is coaching?
Coaching focuses on specific goals but it often has an impact on other things like your confidence and self-awareness. You might not know what your goals are yet, and that’s fine. We can find them together. By tacking a future focussed approach, we don’t go back over past experiences but focus on stepping forward into something new.*

My coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about creating a safe, open space where we figure things out together. The answers are already within you. I’ll just help you find them.
